Shipping Options
All weekday orders
are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Next Day orders must be placed
before 2:00pm PST to ensure next-day delivery. Orders placed on
Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays.
Orders are shipped
via UPS (gift certificates and products) and USPS* (gift certificates
only) in accordance with the currently published rates. Please allow 2
to 7 business days for delivery. At this time, UPS can only deliver to
addresses located in the United States (no P.O. boxes).
* We do not
recommend this method of shipment since it is not traceable. If the gift
certificate is lost, the customer must contact
customerservice@labelledayspas.com. The customer service department
will issue a replacement certificate that must be picked up onsite from
one of our spas. Replacement certificates will not be mailed.

International Orders
We regret that we cannot process orders outside of the United States online. Please call (650) 321-3915 or email to arrange for an international shipment of your product or gift card.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for product purchases by California residents. If you are shipping to other destinations, you will not be charged this tax.
Returns Policy
LaBelle has a 30-day return policy for products ordered from our Web site. Returns must be less than 25% consumed. Products purchased from our spas may not be returned to the online department. Products purchased from our Web site may not be returned in our spas. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please send them back to the address below. Please pack them securely and include a copy of the order processing number, as well as the reason for the return. Upon receipt, we will promptly credit your account.
