Labelle Day Spas is committed to serving the communities where we work, and where our employees and customers live. We have consistently supported worthwhile charitable causes with monetary and in-kind donations since our founding in 1975.

LaBelle Day Spas' Corporate Giving Program is focused on improving the quality of life for people in the San Francisco Bay area and Silicon Valley, specifically in the areas of women and men's health and in the arts. We support these charities and/or organizations with the donation of gift certificates for spa treatments, products, or a gift basket donation. *

Eligible causes must exhibit the following:

• Qualify for a nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
• Benefit the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley
• Contribute to women and men's health or creative and artistic development

Each year we receive hundreds of donation requests. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot accommodate every request, no matter how worthy the cause.

The following groups are not eligible:

1. Funds for individuals
2. Political parties or candidates
3. Purely social organizations
4. Religious organizations (some exception may be made for religious organizations that provide humanitarian services on a completely non-sectarian basis)
5. Team sponsorship or fundraiser competitions
6. Scholarships

To be considered, eligible organizations must complete a sponsorship request at least 30-days prior to the event. To make a request, please email a brief letter with the following information to service@labelledayspas.com (No phone calls please.)

1. Brief description of the event and the organization
2. Date of the event, number of attendees expected
3. Specific product or item requested (i.e. Labelle Day Spas service, gift card, product, or gift basket)
4. IRS 501(c)(3) Tax ID
5. Contact person, a daytime phone number and an email address
6. Purpose of donation and needs of community addressed
7. Previous LaBelle involvement, if applicable
8. If another spa or salon will be solicited for donations to this event
9. How the LaBelle donation will be advertised
10. How you will report the impact of the donation back to LaBelle

The LaBelle Day Spas management team meets on a bi-monthly basis to consider all corporate giving requests. All decisions are final. After processing your request, we will contact you with the decision and supply the contact person with the necessary details of how to pick up the donation, as well as a copy of our logo to use on fundraising collateral materials.
